The Subscription Program Terms & Conditions of Brightly Labs are as follows:

Brightly Labs is offering an automatically recurring subscription ordering program for its products through brightlylabs.com. By using the Subscription Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in addition to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Website. Your subscription begins immediately upon processing your initial payment, and it will continue to renew automatically according to the delivery frequency you select without prior notice until you cancel it. By choosing the Subscribe & Save option, you authorize Brightly Labs or its third-party payment processing provider(s) to store your payment method(s) and charge you the total, then-current price of the item(s) in your subscription order on the date that order is processed, less the Subscription Program discount plus applicable taxes and shipping fees.

In the event of a failed payment method, your subscription order will be cancelled automatically, and you will need to reactivate your subscription by logging into your account and to reinitiate your subscription. You may update or edit your payment information via the “Manage Subscription” page in your online account at any time.

Brightly Labs reserves the right to change the price of a product in your subscription order at any time, with notification and the option to cancel. This offer is only valid for individual purchasers and cannot be combined with other offers, e-Gift Cards, wholesale orders, or third-party loyalty, reward, or cash-back programs. Certain products, such as new releases, limited edition/exclusive items, gifts/kits/sets, eGift Cards, items noted as not eligible, or items that are not in stock at the time of purchase may also be excluded. This offer is valid at present in the United Emirates only.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, navigating to the “Manage Subscription” page, selecting “Manage,” and “Cancel Subscription.” To receive a full refund, you must cancel with at least three (3) business days’ notice before the next scheduled ship date. If you cancel after that time frame, your payment is non-refundable, and your subscription will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. If you cancel your subscription, Brightly Labs may still send you promotional communications unless you opt out.

Brightly Labs may cancel all or part of your subscription order at any time for any reason, and you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. Brightly Labs may also limit the number of products in your subscription order or suspend your account if you abuse the subscription program. Brightly Labs reserves the right to modify or make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued participation after modification constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your subscription.
