- Our collagen supplements are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Our warehouse operations premises are controlled and monitored by CCTV cameras to ensure that premium quality controls, safety precautions and security standards are all applied while preparing your orders..
- We may exchange a defective/damaged/faulty item, upon your request, with an identical item of an equivalent value.
- Defective items must be shipped to our return address within 3 working days with its original receipt and the branded packaging.
